We deliver peer engagement workshops, aimed at developing consensus and the motivation to carry an initiative forward. This could be, for example, when developing shared vision, shared strategy, shared culture or improved organisational connections. We use a range of workshop formats to suit the level of engagement that you and your people currently have and where you need to move to.

We also deliver more specialised modelling workshops, where participants develop and capture a shared model of the environment they work in and how they will work together.

We focus workshops around the external environment; your external stakeholders and the opportunities and threats they represent. This tends to diffuse local tensions/ personal preferences and help people focus on how things need to be.
